Due to the promotion of our School Business Manager, we are looking for a dedicated, highly motivated and forward thinking SBM to join our school and Senior Leadership team. We are looking for a strong candidate who wants to gain further experience of the strategic running of a school and the challenge of supporting another school through an SLA. The successful candidate will need to have:
- Sound experience of financial management and budgetary planning and control.
- Experience of human resources management.
- An excellent working knowledge of ICT systems; SIMS.net, Tucasi, FMS.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drive and commitment to get the job done.
- A ‘can – do’ attitude.
- A Certificate in School Business Management (CSBM) would be an advantage.

Little Harrowden Primary School is a thriving one form entry primary school, with 206 pupils on roll. Salary: NJC Scale Grade I, Point 28 – 32. £24,472 - £27,924.
Hours of work : 37 hours per week, on a 52 week contract. Holiday entitlement will be a minimum of 26 days, dependent on length of service.
